    Yes, ACP is entirely developed by Aranya. This gives us full control over functionality, security and the pace of development – which in turn allows us to quickly adapt the platform to our customers’ needs.

  • Who is the platform built for?

    ACP is developed for all of Aranya’s existing customers – regardless of industry or size. The platform is aimed at the entire customer organization, from helpdesk to CIO and CFO, and aims to create transparency, simplify collaboration and provide full insight into the services Aranya delivers.

  • What services are supported in the ACP?

    ACP supports all of Aranya’s service areas – Managed Services, ChangeOps, Care, Consulting and Product Supply – with the greatest functionality linked to Managed Services. The platform brings together insight, functions and collaboration areas in one place to simplify everyday life, reduce administration and increase quality.

  • Where is the ACP and its data?

    ACP is operated from Swedish data centers with the highest security standards. All customer data is stored within Sweden and complies with current legislation and GDPR.

  • Can I request adaptations to the ACP?

    Yes, we do. We continuously develop ACP in close dialog with our customers. If you have specific needs or ideas, we are happy to listen and see how the platform can be adapted.
