Aranya is starting a new consulting company in networking, cybersecurity, and AI
Aranya is taking a strategic step in its continued development by establishing the new subsidiary Aranya Consulting AB, focusing on consulting services in networking, cybersecurity, and AI.
The initiative is led by Åsa Schwarz, who takes up her position on April 16 and will be responsible for building and further developing the business. She will also become a co-owner of the company together with Aranya’s Chairman of the Board, Ola Ehrstedt, while Aranya will remain the majority owner.
Åsa Schwarz is one of Sweden’s most established profiles in cybersecurity, with over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. She has played a central role in building several of the Nordics’ strongest security organizations. She is also a well-known voice in security and AI issues, with broad experience from both executive leadership and industry media.
“We are in the middle of a shift shaped by security policy, rapid AI development, and an increasingly complex and disruptive threat landscape. This creates major challenges, but also a unique opportunity to rethink how a cybersecurity consulting firm can operate,” says Åsa Schwarz.
Aranya has established a strong position in networking and security, primarily focusing on managed services through its ACP platform as well as product sales. By consolidating the consulting business within Aranya Consulting AB, better conditions are created to build a strong and scalable operation over time, with a clear focus on service and competence development.
