Aranya wins Gazelle for the sixth year in a row
When Dagens Industri today names this year’s Gazelle company, Aranya is on the list for the sixth year in a row. The award is given to the fastest growing companies in Sweden, and getting there six years in a row requires both perseverance and the right strategy. For Aranya, it’s about growing with quality in focus and never compromising on what has made the company successful.
The Gazelle award is given to companies that have at least doubled their turnover over a three-year period, show a profit every year and have a turnover of at least ten million kronor. Of all the limited liability companies in Sweden, however, only a few meet the criteria – even fewer do so year after year.
– “Winning the Gasellen award six years in a row confirms that we are on the right track. But it is also proof that we have people who are passionate about what we do and customers who want to grow together with us,” says Emil Persson, CEO of Aranya.
Long-term commitment to quality
Growing by 30 percent annually requires more than just sales. It is about developing both the organization and services at the right pace, so that the quality follows suit. That is why Aranya continues to invest in its own platform, Aranya Connectivity Platform (ACP), and in solutions that create real value for customers.
At the same time, in an industry where staff turnover is often high, the company has managed to create a culture where people thrive and stay for a long time. The company’s staff turnover is only a fraction of the industry average, creating stability for both employees and customers.
A strong position in the market
With ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 certifications and several major procurement wins during the year, Aranya continues to establish itself as a reliable partner for mission-critical networks and security solutions. The growth has also enabled both recruitment and new roles internally, strengthening the organization for the future.
– We have built something that works, but we are far from finished. There is so much more we can do, both for our customers and for our employees,” says Emil Persson.
For Aranya, the sixth Gazelle is not the end goal – it’s a milestone on the way to the next level.
